Borg Al Arab

 Cheese Factory in Borg El Arab is the first of its kind in the Middle East, developed on an area of 45,900 square meters. It produces premium hard and semi-hard cheeses under the Les Alpes brand, including Cheddar, Gouda, Edam, and Emmental, in accordance with the highest international quality standards.

We executed all structural works as well as the electromechanical works, including a 3 MW power generation plant, a 6 MW transformer distribution station, an ammonia cooling plant with a capacity of 5,000 tons, a steam boiler with a capacity of 16 tons, a water filtration plant with a capacity of 1,500 cubic meters, an industrial wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per day, a firefighting station with a capacity of 2,000 gallons, and service piping networks totaling 450,000 linear meters.
