Otsuka (Japan) is one of the world’s leading companies specialized in the production of medical intravenous solutions, in addition to its well-known health beverage widely distributed across Asia and the Gulf countries. The facility is located in 10th of Ramadan City on an area of 55,500 square meters.
Our scope of work included mechanical works, comprising three air-conditioning systems (VRF system, chilled water system, and air cooling system), compressed air systems, boilers, a cooling plant for production processes, and the execution of steam networks. The project also included the firefighting network and station with pumps rated at 2,500 gallons per minute, the fuel system including networks and storage tanks, and a process water plant for manufacturing operations.
